Not random crunches here and there or lifting weights but running or biking long distances. Hunny, that's the only proven solution I know. I've seen it work on me and several others. I went from being 'cute' to 'bangin' hot! That's what running will do to you ;) So if it means joining those folks at the gym to sprint away some of those extra pounds then that is what it'll take.
